This is perhaps the greatest threat to American liberty taking place today, but is largely going unreported, or at least ignored by the public. It is not a few isolated abuses by out-of-control cops. It is a coordinated nationwide attack on parental rights and freedoms. Across the country parents are being arrested, prosecuted, and harassed for allowing their children to leave their house unsupervised.
I ask myself “why is this happening?” I don’t know, but it is obvious that it is not some aberration being pursued by whacko cops and prosecutors. Police and prosecutors across the country are being directed to pursue this policy. I can only speculate on why such a policy is being promoted and by whom, but I cannot imagine how it has anything to do with the well-being of children.
The only thing that comes to mind that could potentially justify things like this are the locations where it is happening, if somebody lets their child walk alone (especially long distance) in a dangerous place (lets say Camden, New Jersey), then they really shouldn’t be surprised that the police are going to react.
Sadly these are not the nature of these cases. Just parents letting their kids go to the park, or a neighbors’ without “adequate” supervision. I believe this policy is intended to train young people to be comfortable with constant observation and supervision, and never think about doing anything on their own. Rather nice if you intend to create a dictatorship, and want a soft, compliant, complacent population. A population so used to being controlled that they won’t even feel comfortable if they are free on their own. But I have no evidence of that.
Either way, another reason for people to move to rural communities.

Sodom and Gomorrah are increasingly looking like Disneyland when compared to the modern USA.
Discouraging to say the least.

“Land of the free and the home of the brave”, yeah right, I am more thankful each day that my family didn’t move to the USA in the 1980’s as was planned, it is only a matter of time before the USSA becomes a full-blown Orwellian nightmare.
