Dinesh D’Souza is being Politically Persecuted by a Corrupt Dictator

Can you call a nation that allows its government to abuse the criminal justice system to persecute political opponents a Free Country?

I don’t think so.

We have wagged our fingers at nations that do this, and looked down our noses at them. But that is exactly what is happening right now in this country. Dinesh D’Souza is only the most obvious example of such abuse. Almost every branch of the Federal Government has become a political weapon used to punish political opponents of the Regime: to name but a few; the IRS has been used to oppress potential political opponents, the EPA has been used to target unfriendly farmers into bankruptcy, and even the GM bankruptcy has been used to drive out of business dealerships that had contributed to Republican candidates. But don’t worry, you won’t hear about any of this because the Media of the USA is no longer independent, but has become nothing more (nor less) than the propaganda arm of a corrupt tyranny. They report only what the Left/Democrats allow them to report.

And does anyone care? No. Because they are not Dinessh D’Souza, they are not being targeted by the IRS, they have not had their farms destroyed, they have not had their dealerships taken from them, etc. etc. etc. Cowards and Fools! it is only a matter of time before they get to you!

The National Review produced an excellent article about this whole issue, Amnesty, but Not for D’Souza:

“I do not know D’Souza well. I have no idea whether he made reimbursements, much less did so willfully. I have no doubt, though, that this is a manifestly vindictive prosecution. The $20,000 amount of the offense alleged is puny — a negligible fraction of the Solyndra scam and a figure that would not even register in comparison to the billions lost by victims who were told that if they liked their health-care plans they could keep them. It is the kind of case on which the government routinely declines criminal prosecution, handling, instead, by an administrative fine.

D’Souza has no criminal record. Moreover, contrary to myriad voter-fraud violations that Attorney General Holder will not lift a finger to pursue, the transactions at issue posed no conceivable threat to the integrity of the election process: Ms. Long lost by 46 points. As observed by no less than Harvard’s Alan Dershowitz (an Obama supporter), “This is clearly a case of selective prosecution.” There would, the professor added, be “no room in jails for murderers” if the Justice Department made a practice of such prosecutions.”

About fafc

The goal of the “Find a Free Country Project” is to research, explore and find a safe and secure free country outside the USA, that is not too large, has a relatively open immigration policy, has a friendly business climate, has a non-intrusive government committed to freedom, and then move to it.

It beggars belief that Obama was elected twice in a row by the American populace, what is even worse is that if the amnesty for the illegal aliens gets passed, his kind of politicians will easily win every major national election, until their rule eventually causes the United States of America to collapse that is.

Realistically, I can´t see the USA being saved (the vast majority of American citizens don’t share the values of your Founding Fathers, and the percentage of those that do will just get smaller and smaller as time goes by, if the USA is still around in 2114, it will probably look like a mixture of what Mexico and Brazil look like today), so the only realistic options I see are for somebody who doesn’t like the current situation are: a) Move to another country that is more to your liking. b) Organize like-minded people and move to the northern sparsely populated states (Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, North Dakota and South Dakota) and hope that a peaceful secession will eventually happen and that an smaller version of the old United States of America will arise there. Even though the following article was written in 1996, I still think what was written in it about America’s future has a solid chance of coming true: http://www.truthinmedia.org/Columns/wt8-18-96%20When%20Cultures%20Collide.html

Sad but true. I live in Texas and I believe we are one of the good places to be. My next choice is Idaho. But I worry about staying in the USA. Going out in the woods in some remote location sounds romantic, but the truth of the matter is that if you are considered a threat, they will come and get you no matter where you are. Sad thoughts to consider.

Texas is my favorite American state, but due to it’s status as a border state and the fact that there is no serious political will to stop illegal immigration (not to mention the legal immigration of the so called “liberals” from other U.S. states), it is along with California probably going to be first state to resemble a typical Latin American country, and it will probably happen within 50 years.

With all of the big looming problems (the unsustainable public debt, tens of millions of illegals (and even some legal immigrants) who have no intention of integrating into American society, etc.), I think that the future U.S. government will have much more pressing concerns to deal with than peaceful-minded people living in rural Idaho and similar places.
