Yet another industry in the USSA about to be snuffed out of existence by the overweening incompetence of the Federal Government under the control of the Obama Regime. Thank God we have an over sized, over paid, over intrusive Federal Government to protect us from such horrors as artisan cheese being aged on wooden shelves. The states could not possibly figure out how to deal with this without Federal intervention! I feel safer already. Thanks Obama!
