Nullification of the November 2014 American Election

keep-calm-this-is-a-coup-d-etatOn the 4th day of November of 2014, just last month, the American People handed Obama and the Democrats a resounding defeat rejecting not just the crony corruption of the Obama Regime but also the far Left policies of the Democrat Party. Obamacare was rejected. The failed foreign policy of Obama, Hillary Clinton and John Kerry were rejected. The oppressive corruption in every branch of the Federal government was rejected. The irrational energy policies of the Obama Regime were rejected. The suicidal immigration policy of Obama was rejected. And not just in the Federal elections in Washington DC, but across the nation Republicans gained the majority of state governorships and control of state legislatures. In short, the November 2014 American election was a complete and total rejection of everything that Obama and the Democrats stand for.

So what did Obama and his fellow travelers in the Democrat Party decide to do?

They essentially had only two choices:

1. Take the high road, acknowledge that the Republicans had won a resounding victory across the nation, and start trying to work with the Republican Majority in Congress and across the country. This is what Bill Clinton did, and what most Americans believed Obama would do.

or

2. Ignore the election, pretend it never happened, use every lever of power available to start implementing the radical leftwing policies of Obama and the Democrats that were so definitively rejected, use Washington tactics to buy off weak and corrupt Republican leaders, and use the Corrupt Media to help them act as if the November 2014 election never took place. In short NULLIFY the election.

And with the help of a weak and corrupt Republican Party leadership and a “bought and paid for” Corrupt Media, that is exactly what Obama and the Democrats are doing to great effect. Rather than accepting the results of the election, Obama simply issued Executive Orders creating laws that the Congress refused to pass and the American People clearly opposed. With the passing of yet another CRomnibus Funding Bill by the House, it is very clear that the November 2014 American Election is being ignored by the leadership of this nation, both Democrat and Republican.

What happens when elections are simply ignored by the leadership in other countries? We call that an illegal tyrannical dictatorship. But not in Obama’s America.

Thanks to the help of a Corrupt Media that is completely owned and manipulated by the Corrupt Obama Regime, the voice and the lawfully cast votes of the America People are simply ignored.

Look at the news coverage since November 5, 2014. Yes, the Corrupt Media reported on the results, but avoided describing the full nature of the Republican victory, and the Democrat defeat. The Corrupt Media immediately started discussing how the Republicans would have to start compromising with Obama and the Democrats. Now after a little more than a month the November 2014 American Election is not being reported on at all. It is as if it never happened.

The NULLIFICATION of a lawful election is usually called a coup d’etat. And that is what is happening right now in America before our very eyes. Just because the NULLIFICATION of the lawful election is not being carried out with force of arms backed by some sort of para-military Junta does not mean it is any less illegal or profound.

And what is the American People doing about it? What they always do. Nothing.

American Patriots wake up! You are no longer living in a free country. You are living in a dictatorship where elections are nothing more than nuisances that are ignored when they prove to be inconvenient.

Patriots, you have a choice to make:

1. Organize and act in some manner to defend the freedoms and liberties that your ancestors fought for and left to you as an inheritance (it does not have to be violent but it must be active — enough with surly passivity),

2. Leave this country while you still can and work to establish the cherished freedoms and liberties we were raised to admire somewhere else, or

3. Do nothing and stand by helplessly watching as the shackles of dictatorship become heavier, more obvious, and more destructive.

The choice is yours. I choose to leave since I have no more faith in the American People, nor in those who call themselves Patriots. I simply do not trust Americans to do more than complain on social networks, and then do nothing. But nothing would make me happier than for the American People to prove me wrong. However, until that time comes I must hope for the best and plan for the worst. I advise the rest of you to do the same.

Welcome to the Future America. Its here.

I will wait for the 2016 elections and their aftermath until passing judgment on the future of the American political system.

    • fafc says:

I was hoping that this last election would give America hope for something better, but it seems to have only given us more time. Time that I plan on using. I have lost hope for this country. The USA is dead. What remains is something I can barely recognize.

  2. Croatian Capitalist says:

Well, this last election does give me hope that the 2016 elections will turn out well for America, I just hope that the Republican Party will choose their presidential nominee/candidate wisely this time around, because if somebody like Jeb Bush gets the nomination, then the presidential election would become meaningless, since he would be just as bad for America as Hillary Clinton/Joe Biden.

    • fafc says:

You are more optimistic than me. Also you have more faith in the American electoral/political process. It is broken. We just voted to limit Obama’s power, and the Republicans are falling all over themselves to give him as much power as possible, and to limit the power of the Congress. There is no 2nd Party in America. There is only one party that represents the elites that pretends to be divided into Democrat and Republican in order to delude Americans into believing they live in a free country. Elections mean nothing in America anymore.

  3. Croatian Capitalist says:

I see no reason (for the moment anyway) not to be optimistic, as you have already written, the Democrats resoundingly lost this last election, and if the same happens in 2016 and the Republican presidential candidate is an actual right-winger (which means being pro-Constitution, pro-market, anti-illegal immigration, etc.), America could realistically see a renaissance (or at the very least slowly start to go in the right direction) from 2017 onward.

Well, either way we will find out soon what road America will decide to definitely take, the one towards becoming a Venezuela type state (even though I seriously doubt for various reasons that America will even sink that low, no matter what happens), or the one towards once again becoming the freest and generally best country in the World, it will be decided in the next 10 years in mi opinion, probably in 2016.

    • fafc says:

Again, you are more optimistic than I am. The Republicans won the election, but it is not benefiting anyone. The Republicans seem to have been defeated without a fight. Elections seem to have no effect when Republicans win them. I am not sure who to blame; the Republicans who roll over in cowardice, the Corrupt Media that will not report the truth, or the lazy and stupid American people who really don’t care about much of anything. I have no hope in this country.

  4. Croatian Capitalist says:

Well, to be fair to the Republicans, they can’t really do anything at the national level by themselves without the Presidency, since as far as I know, you need a 2/3 majority in both the House of Representatives and the Senate to override a veto by the President, and they don’t have a 2/3 majority in either House of Congress.

The biggest problem of the Republican Party in my opinion is bad selection policy in many instances, because even though it is full of patriotic, smart, successful, educated, etc. people, it is also full of people who don’t belong in the party (McCain, Jeb Bush, Chris Christie, Neel Kashkari, etc.), I don’t know why this is (Jeb Bush is obviously a member because of his family, but as for the rest, it remains a mystery to me), is there perhaps some anti-discrimination law that prohibits parties from being selective in whom they accept into the party?

As for my optimism, even though I am an optimistic person by nature, I generally tend to keep it in the realm of reality, and the reality is that countries have recovered from much worse situations than the current one facing America (just look for example at the map of the the Iberian peninsula in 720, then look at a map of it from the 3rd of January 1492, and then remember what happened in the following centuries (the founding of your own country is one of the consequences of the Spanish Crown financing Columbus and his expedition), another reason for our differences in opinion/optimism I suspect are the places where we are coming from, you remember a better America, so any decline (even if not really major) is taken seriously by you, while I have lived my whole life in a socialist country, which is still way behind America in most instances, so I don’t take America’s problems as seriously as you do, since the situation in America is still generally a vast improvement over the situation here, for all her faults, America is still full of people who believe in entrepreneurship, the free market, gun rights, etc., while in Croatia you couldn’t find more than 10000 people with such beliefs (and I am probably being overly generous with my estimation here), so unless the Republicans do something incredibly stupid like nominating Jeb Bush or Chris Christie for the Presidency, I will stay optimistic about America’s prospects.

    • fafc says:

The medieval Spanish fought for their beliefs. No one in the USA will fight for anything. We are a nation of stupid, lazy, entitlement minded people. And as for the Republicans they are no different than the Democrats, only less honest.

  5. Croatian Capitalist says:

Yes, they did, but they were put up against the wall, while modern-day Americans are still far from being in that situation.

Another reason why I consider it to be very important to get an actual Republican elected to the White House in 2016 is this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supreme_Court_of_the_United_States#Membership

When you look at the ages of the judges, it is likely that at least 4 of them are going to retire in the relatively near future, and I don’t have to tell you what kind of disaster it would be for the United States if 6 of the 9 judges were “liberals” (which will happen if Obama/Biden/Clinton is the one who will pick them).

    • fafc says:

The last judge appointed by Bush, Justice Roberts, has turned out to be a total patsy to the Left. I don’t think it really matters who is elected President, who wins in Congress, who gets appointed to the Supreme Court, etc. They all end up doing the same thing. Republican or Democrat they are more or less the same. Just a game designed to distract and confuse us.

  6. Croatian Capitalist says:

You mean because he didn’t vote to strike down “Obamacare” as unconstitutional? Yes, that was disappointing, but on the other hand, it does give the Republicans a chance to strike it down and prove that they are not the same as the Democrats if they win the presidency in 2016 and keep their majorities in both houses of Congress.

    • fafc says:

The Republicans have already proved to be empty shirts who will say one thing and do another. I have no faith in them. Frankly, Washington is broken, and expecting solutions from it is foolish, IMHO. If the USA is going to survive as a prosperous nation that promotes the liberties of its citizens (something I don’t believe is going to happen), the solutions will have to come from some other source, in spite of Washington, Democrats, Republicans, etc.

  7. Croatian Capitalist says:

Maybe, but since I don’t see that source yet, at the moment that means that the Republicans are the best (or least bad if you prefer) bet, anyway, everything will become clear soon enough, 2017 is not that far away, if nothing changes then, that will probably mean that America will sooner or later become a more advanced version of a mixture of Brazil and Mexico.

    • fafc says:

I suspect we will be a much less advanced version of Brazil and Mexico. They benefit from having centuries of experience of living in shit. Americans have no such experience and will suffer accordingly. I don’t plan to be hear by the 2016 election, and certainly not in 2017. I will be encouraging conservatives from afar, but with little confidence that anyone will do what is required to successfully reverse the disastrous course America is going.

  8. Croatian Capitalist says:

That is true, I don’t think that Americans have faced actual hardship on a massive scale since the Great Depression in the 1930’s, but I suspect even that was nothing compared to the situations in Mexico and Brazil today, and even that is an event which few living Americans experienced.

Even though I am an optimist by nature, I am still confused by how little actual public opposition there is to the various negative things happening in the USA.

    • fafc says:

Understandable. I am confused as well. I don’t have an answer. All I know is that this is not the country I was raised to love and defend. It is a facade of what America was. All the courage has been sucked out.

  9. Croatian Capitalist says:

Yes, it is a very strange occurrence, Americans don’t have to worry about going to jail if they speak up (like the Swedes for example do), but still hardly anybody does, Americans don’t have the stigma of nazism/national socialism or something similar hanging over their heads, but still even in Germany there is more open opposition to these things, there are way more illegal immigrants in the USA draining public resources, stealing jobs from citizens and legal immigrants, committing crimes, etc. than in Europe, but still the opposition to it is way meeker than in Europe, Americans have homeschooling (which is banned in many countries) and private schools, so the public school system can only brainwash the children if their parents allow it, etc., I mean, if some talented psychologist decided to write a book about this subject, it would no doubt be his Magnus Opus.

  10. Croatian Capitalist says:

One important thing I didn’t mention in the above post is the attitude of the rich in America, there is no way that America becoming a Venezuela-type country could be in their interest, yet most of the rich in America either support America heading in that direction or do nothing in regards to it, so this whole situation is really difficult to understand.

    • fafc says:

I think the problem is that everyone thinks that rich people are just like us, only with money. They are not.

The practical side of them is extremely conservative (in the sense that they are primarily interested in preserving the status quo — that is their wealth). Few rich people are willing to take any real risk with their money because their primary concern is not growing their wealth, but rather maintaining their wealth. At some point you get a certain amount of money, and you become more afraid of losing what you have rather than of obtaining more. Or of even getting good returns on what you have. Also, when it comes to maintaining their wealth, they are often more prone to want to protect their wealth through alliance with government creating obstacles to future competitors. After all they have already made their money and if it becomes more difficult for others to go into busienss it is only a good thing.

On the ideological side, being safe and secure behind their financial assets, security guards, and walls, they become very impractical with other people’s money. It is very cheap for them to declare that making money is evil after they have done so themselves.

I am quite confident that most of the wealthy of Venezuela thought it was quite stylish to support Chavez until they realized what he really was. And by then it was too late. The same will be the case with the USSA.

  11. Croatian Capitalist says:

You are probably correct in that greed is the driving force behind their actions, but still, you would expect the majority of rich people to be at least somewhat intelligent and well-read (if not book-wise, then at least in the sense of following the news), and if what they are supporting now ended in disaster (for both the rich and society in general) in Venezuela, South Africa, Argentina, Egypt (after Nasser took over), etc., then why would people you would expect to be at least somewhat intelligent who should know about all or most of those failures think it is going to work in America? That’s the part I find difficult to understand, and a lot of the rich are refugees from those countries, so you would expect at least them to speak-up, but I haven’t seen any of them do that.

    • fafc says:

I think we all as humans suffer from a certain blindness: we only see and hear what we want to see and hear. And thus we only believe what we want to believe. The rich are no different in this way. Also, I have found that rich people are often the least well informed people out there, particularly the Leftist wealthy. They simply do not listen to anything or anyone that does not confirm their belief system. They only watch Leftist news outlets (if they watch any news at all) and they only listen to people who agree with them. I think it is a very big mistake to conclude that because someone has money they have intelligence. Often they get their money from some sort of strange/bizarre skill or even just desire. They are often very focused in being very good at one particular thing whether it is sports, music, business, medicine, etc., and they focus so much on that one thing they more or less ignore everything else. They are usually not particularly well rounded individuals or well informed. But that is ok because they have money, and they are worshiped for that. This gives them a sense of confidence in other areas of life that they lack any particular skill in.

  12. Croatian Capitalist says:

That’s definitely true for many of the rich people in the USA, especially the show-business ones, but still, there should be at least a significant minority of rich people who get what is happening, but I see no action from them.

Another strange phenomenon that I have encountered when I looked into American politics is the voting patterns of certain groups (both immigrant and American-born), for example the majority of newer immigrants from China, India, Laos (the Hmong) and other poor third World socialist countries when they become USA citizens vote for leftists candidates and thus set a course for America becoming the same as the failed countries they left behind! Even the majority of younger Cubans voted for Obama, and even though in Japan itself leftist parties are entirely irrelevant (out of the 722 seats in the National Diet of Japan (the Japanese version the U.S. Congress), I think only something like 40 of them are held by leftists) the majority of Japanese-Americans support leftists in the USA, etc., so it’s all very strange, the very same people who should on account of their personal experience be fighting tooth and nail for the USA remaining a successful capitalist country, are helping turn America into the opposite of that.

    • fafc says:

Recent immigrants to the USA have been very disappointing to say the least. As you pointed out, they come from failed socialist states with corrupt politicians who made impossible promises, and instead of learning why things are good here they simply expect the USA to honor those same promises. Also, part of the problem is the corruption/infiltration by the Left of our education system and news/entertainment media. The future is not looking bright.

  13. Croatian Capitalist says:

The composition (not just ethnicity-wise, but mentality-wise as well) of of the majority of immigrants to the USA is way different than before, but I guess that was the plan when 1965 Immigration and Nationality act was passed, to open the gates for such people under the assumption that they would vote for the leftist Democrats, the former Labour party leader Tony Blair did the same thing in the UK.
