In March of 2015 I suggested that the most likely outcome of the Democrat Party primary process would be a rigged primary where Hillary Clinton would win the vast majority of votes only to have the victory snatched away by an indictment for one or more Hillary’s many criminal acts. (Was the last presidential election the Last Presidential Election?) Then Michelle Obama would be paraded into the Democrat Convention as a savior of the Party.
This analysis was based upon the idea that the corrupt Obama Regime could no more trust a Hillary Clinton Regime to protect them than a Republican to do so. In short it might be more likely for Hillary Clinton to go after them in order to purge the Democrat Party of rivals.
For awhile I thought and actually hoped that was what was going to happen. The other options were even less appealing to me:
- Obama & Co can foment a fake race war that will allow them to declare a state of emergency and consolidate their power into a true dictatorship, or
- The system is so corrupt that the criminal actions of the Obama Regime will simply be swept under the rug regardless of who gets elected.
I am sad to say that #2 seems to be the real state of affairs. If this is the case then America the Free is truly a dead concept. It has become an oligarchy that more resembles Putin’s Russia. As such, who ever wins these silly elections is irrelevant. The election process is just a side show to distract the people from what is really going on, and who is really in charge.
I suppose there is still time for Obama to pull some shenanigans. He can still charge Hillary with a crime and then impose Michelle Obama upon the party in some back room deal that would likely result in another Obama presidency. He also still has time to start a race war and become a true Dictator. But why bother with all that if the system is completely under the control of some sinister oligarchy and who ever follows after Obama will simply be a puppet doing their bidding?
Nothing can/could surprise me anymore regarding the USA, but at least we won’t have to wait long to find out.

He was right, so I think that (looking at things in the long-term) it’s irrelevant who becomes the next president, the trajectory of the USA is set and it’s very unlikely to change.
That is pretty much my take on it. Another quote I like, can’t remember from where and probably I am not getting it 100% correct: “A nation generally deserves the government it gets.” This is the case whether the nation is a democracy or a dictatorship. In both cases the people either choose or tolerate their leaders.
This is person whose quote that is: https://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Joseph_de_Maistre
And it’s a generally true quote.
Obama’s America: http://www.wnd.com/2016/09/leprosy-in-u-s-not-just-a-3rd-world-problem-anymore/
The USA is rapidly becoming a third World country.
Anyway, even though who becomes the next president isn’t likely to change America’s long-term trajectory, after thinking about it a bit more, I hope that Trump wins, because: 1) Even though someone might be tempted to believe that a Clinton presidency will lead to America’s economy collapsing and America getting the “reset” it so badly needs, after dwelling on this, I don’t think that a true economic collapse will happen anytime soon in America, so apart from making life worse for most of the people who actually work for a living in the USA, she would also damage other Western countries with her stupid policies. 2) A man who is perceived as being a successful businessman, for strong borders, against political correctness, etc. running the most powerful country in the World could only have a good effect on other Western countries. 3) “Liberals” worldwide would rip their hair out if he became president.
I must admit I don’t really care very much. A pox on both their houses. As for what foreigners think they are mostly screwed up also.
Yes, I don’t care that much about the USA itself either anymore, but my point was that (unfortunately) America still has great influence over the rest of the (Western) World, so who get’s elected will effect the rest of the World (even if the actual polices don’t change that much, image matters, so it would be better for the rest of the World if Clinton doesn’t become president).
It looks like Clinton will be the president: http://www.bbc.com/news/election-us-2016-37595079
Hm…, I thought that the recording would do Trump in, but after watching the 2nd debate today, I am not so sure, since except for the first few minutes he destroyed Clinton, and he basically said that if he becomes president, she will get prosecuted.
Well glad someone watched it. Not me. It is clear that the Media is not only behind Clinton, but actually carrying her to the finish line. If she wins it will be due entirely because of the HEROIC efforts of the Mainstream News Media. Well done comrades!
That is true, they are totally biased and not even hiding it, the two “moderators” at the last debate were together with Clinton openly ganging up on Trump! To Trump’s credit he won the debate hands down even with the moderators openly against him.
The first polls will soon close.
Trump is the president-elect!
I find it hard to get too excited. He won’t be able to do very much without Congress, unless he wants to do the same crap Obama did: phone and pen. The Republicans are perhaps more against him than the Democrats. But he will be able to clean up the Culture of Corruption in the Executive Branch. We will see if he even does that.
Well, I am not really excited either, I am instead amused by the reaction of the “liberals” to his election, but in any case everything should become clear in a few months time.
Even though I don’t really believe in Trump, the problem is that even if he did manage to secure the border, deport the illegals, make America a pro-business country, etc., who/what exactly is going to stop the “liberals” from overturning it all in 8 or 12 or 16 years time? The main problem of America (and most of the Western countries, even though it seems to be a bigger problem in the Anglo countries than elsewhere) in my opinion is that the education system and media are for the most part in leftist hands, so the youth (and the future leaders especially, since they for the most part come from a few leftist universities) are for the most part going to go in the leftist direction (https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/wonk/wp/2016/04/26/a-majority-of-millennials-now-reject-capitalism-poll-shows/), so without somehow fixing the education system everything positive that Trump might accomplish will be for nothing in the long run.
Indeed, at best Trump is a sign that we have a little bit more time to sort out our issues before jumping out of the plane. I have no faith in him since the US system is not based on a single person doing much of anything. So even if I loved him, he would need a cooperative Congress and Judiciary. Clearly not the case. The Corrupt Media is already set in place its war footing. But if nothing else the speed of the train heading to the cliff has come down a bit. Just not a change in direction yet.
Yes, but even if he did have their support, without fixing the education system and media (which I think would realistically take way longer than 4 or 8 years) everything he might accomplish will be for nothing in the long run.
My current view is that the USA is in the same situation/category as countries like the UK, Sweden, Germany, etc., namely countries where the average person is too dumbed-down, lazy, well off financially, etc. for voting to fix things, I believe that the only thing that can realistically save such countries is total economic collapse happening and waking the people up, otherwise they will end up becoming countries similar to today’s Brazil (probably even worse).
Sadly that i about the same as my opinion. But again, Trump gives those who have not found the time to do something a bit more time. Of course they probably won’t. But that is their problem. They now have the chance.
Hussein Obama is behaving like a tinpot African dictator: http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2017/01/04/president-obama-awards-himself-distinguished-public-service-medal/
Yes very embarrassing.
Yes, but not as embarrassing as the American electorate electing him president twice…
Indeed. That is not only embarrassing but also inexcusable.
Obama is out.
I didn’t think it would happen, but lets see what happens. If there are not criminal prosecutions starting immediately, then my analysis above was sadly correct.
Lower level prosecutions might happen, but I sincerely doubt that Obama, the Clintons, etc. will get prosecuted.
Then Trump is just another tool of the oligarchy. A useful one that I may be able to benefit from. In fact I already have. Not having to worry about the Obamacare penalties means that I don’t have to be so paranoid about traveling into the USA. That is a good thing for me.
Anyway, if his first moves and the rabid hate that the leftists have for him are any indication, Trump will be the best American president in a long time.
That won’t be saying much.
