I decided to reinstall the Forum in case anyone wants to participate. You have to be logged into the website which means you have to register if you have not already done so.
I think I have figured out how to format the Forum, but until there are people participating in it, I am not going to try to improve it any. All the same any constructive suggestions would be welcome.
